All of our annual memberships include the following:
Village Member
With the Village Membership, you will receive all of the above services; however, you will be assessed a participation fee for all classes, seminars and social activities attended as outlined in our newsletter. (ie. BINGO, Breakfast, Greeting Cards, Crafts, Games, Exercise, Dance, etc.) Participation fees will be due at the time of service.
This membership is designed for the individual or couple who is interested in membership but is only interested in attending one or two events each month.
$95 Individuals / $145 for Households of 2 or more Annually.

House Member
With the House Membership, you will receive all of the above services with no additional participation fees added.
This membership is designed for the individual or couple who is interested in membership and is looking to attend several programs each month.
$150 Individuals / $250 for Households of 2 or more Annually.

Neighbor Sponsorship
Under the Neighbor Sponsorship, a group of 10 individuals will receive all of the above service at the Village Membership level. Participation fees will be due at the time of service from the individual member for events. (ie. BINGO, Breakfast, Greeting Cards, Crafts, Games, Exercise, Dance, etc.)
This membership is designed for church and civic organizations, as well as employer benefit plans, to provide group discounted participation. Each individual in the group will be issued their own membership card.
$500 for up to 10 Individuals Annually.

Payment Options
#1 Pay in full by cash, check or credit card.
#2 Pay monthly by direct bank draft.
To sign up for monthly installment bank draft; click on 'Join Us' to complete the online application and print the payment invoice, print and complete the bank draft agreement and mail to Neighbors Network with the processing fee.
