Mark David Osborne
November 21, 1966  ~  March 10, 2018

Mark was a dedicated Neighbors Network board member
that joined the team in the early planning stages
and has aided in the growth of the program over the last 6 years.
He had a strong passion for adult services and supports and
a genuine love for all of the participants at Neighbors Network.

His smile and jovial laugh will be greatly missed.

Soft Divide

What if one call brought neighbors together to a place
that provides them a proven source for solutions to meet their needs...

access to discounted local resources,
referrals to agency that can help older individuals
"Thrive in Community."

It is a sort of neighborhood center, that provides an outlet
where neighbors can help each other with everything

from balancing a checkbook to visiting the doctor's office.
It is a place where
neighbors can gather together for
activities, programs, events, exercise
and social interactions.

Neighbors Network is just that place.
